Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about Reps
How do I create an account?
Download Reps from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up." You can create an account using your email or Apple Sign-In. Follow the onboarding steps to set up your fitness profile.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Go to Settings in Reps and tap "Connect Apple Health." Select which health metrics you want to share. You can modify permissions anytime in your iPhone's Settings app under Health > Data Access & Devices > Reps.
How does meal photo analysis work?
Tap the camera icon in the Nutrition tab, take a photo of your meal, and our AI will analyze it to estimate calories, macronutrients, and identify foods. Review and adjust the results before saving.
Tap the + button in the Workout tab, select your exercises, and log sets, reps, and weights. You can also use AI-generated workout plans or create custom routines. Workouts automatically sync with Apple Health.
What's included in the free tier?
The free tier includes workout tracking, meal logging, and Apple Health integration. AI-powered analysis and coaching require an active free trial, subscription, or lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Reps > Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled; lifetime access is a one-time purchase. The App Store shows the current price in your region.
Is my health data secure?
You control which Apple Health categories Reps can read or write. Some AI requests use cloud processing, while your Apple Health permissions stay under your control. Read our
Privacy Policy for the current details about collection, processing, and retention.
Yes. Open Profile > Account > Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Reps removes the signed-in account and app data covered by that flow; the app reports any step it cannot finish so you can retry or contact support.
Why aren't my workouts syncing?
Confirm that Reps still has the required permissions in the Health app under Sharing > Apps > Reps, then reopen Reps. If a completed workout is missing, email support with the workout date and the device you used to record it.
The AI isn't responding. What should I do?
Confirm that you are signed in and that your free trial, subscription, or lifetime purchase is active. Check your connection and try again. If the problem continues, email support with the action you tried and the message shown.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link. If you signed up with Apple Sign-In, use that to log in instead.
Open Profile > Privacy & Data > Export Data. Reps creates a CSV of the available health and nutrition history on your device, then opens the iOS share sheet so you choose where to save or send it.
